Joseph Heenan

Joseph Heenan is the Managing Lawyer with ABC Law.
Joseph completed his Bachelor of Arts in Policy Studies with a minor in Political Science at Mount Royal University in 2018. He obtained his law degree from the Thompson Rivers University in Kamloops, British Columbia, graduating in 2022.
Prior to law school, Joseph built ice roads in the northern Alberta oilfields, and worked as a tradesperson, as a professional chef and as a Senior constituency assistant for the Legislative Assembly of Alberta.
Joseph joined Stonetree Law after articling in a boutique Real Estate firm. His practice focused on Real Estate, Wills and Estates, Employment Law, and Civil Litigation. He prides himself on providing excellent client service to create positive experiences for his clients.
When not in the office, Joseph enjoys travelling, golf, softball, spending time with his family and friends in his hometown of Canmore, Alberta, and is an avid Bluejays fan.
Dorlisa Miller

Dorlisa Miller is a Paralegal with ABC Law and works closely with the Real Estate team.
Dorlisa brings over 20 years of legal experience, with a focus on Real Estate Law. Prior to ABC Law Dorlisa worked with some of Calgary’s top law firms, and has developed a deep understanding of real estate transactions. She is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about assisting first-time homebuyers. She takes pride in making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible for clients by providing clear guidance and personalized support.
A lifelong Calgarian, Dorlisa earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Calgary.
Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her family and friends.
Deanna Aquilina

Deanna Aquilina is a Legal Assistant with ABC Law and works closely with the Real Estate team.
With over 14 years of experience in various areas of law, Deanna brings a wealth of knowledge in real estate transactions. She has worked with some of Calgary’s most respected law firms and she is passionate about providing exceptional client care, ensuring that every transaction is handled with efficiency, precision, and a client-first approach.
Originally from Winnipeg, Deanna has called Calgary home since childhood.
Outside of work, she enjoys crocheting, camping, reading, and spending time with her family and friends.
